Accu-Mold's well equipped shop includes the following specialized equipment:

	• MITSUI 6x12 surface grinders with digital readouts down to 50 millionths resolution

	• MAZAK Quick Turn 6T CNC (ideal for parts less than 2 inches in diameter)

	• MAZAK AJV 18N CNC Machining Center (22.0x16.0 machine area)

	• SODICK AQ35 Sinker EDM with Linear Axis ( this sophisticated machine is capable of helical burns, deep ribs, and mirror finishes on SS and tool steel - THIS MACHINE IS VERY SUITABLE FOR BURNING SS TIPPING DIES FOR THE MEDICAL INDUSTRY)

Accu-Mold has the hardware and capabilities to satisfy demanding projects. Our equipment includes:

	Class 100,000 clean room with ground source GEO THERMAL closed loop system for cooling equipment, dedicated exhaust ventilation for each machine, central vacuum system with hot water cleaning option inclusive of air locks.

	Clean Room equipment and capabilities include 10 automatic injection molding machines:

	• 4 machines with 24 ton clamp and 1 oz. shot size

	• 5 machines with 38 ton clamp and 1.57 shot size with material auto load / feed

	• 1 machine with 50 ton clamp and 4.24 oz. shot size

	• 7 Insert / over molding injection molding machines with 24 ton clamp and 1oz. shot size.

	• Assembly / secondary operations available

	• Portable floor and or stackable material drying systems

	• Portable mold heating controller units


	General molding area equipment and capabilities:

	• 1 machine with 30 ton clamp and 1.3 oz. shot size

	• 1 machine with 110 ton clamp and 9.7 oz. shot size

	• Portable floor and/or stackable material drying systems
